I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am to be working on your project. It means the world to me that you’ve entrusted me with your business and I don’t take that trust lightly.
My goal is to make this process as easy for you as humanly possible. I know how valuable your time is and I want to make
sure that you are not wasting any time that could be better spent working on different aspects of your business.
Just because your website is under construction doesn’t mean that the rest of your business is. Thankfully the construction phase will be a short one.
In just a few weeks you will have a beautiful, functional, and fully optimized site that is ready to help you make more money.

My business hours are from 10am-3pm Monday through Friday, and I will do my best respond to any messages within 24 hours.

The key to success
Communication is key throughout this entire process. If at any point you are not happy with a design element, or a style
direction that the project has taken, please speak up.
I want to make sure that You are 100% happy with the site before it’s launched.
An Important Note
My Goal is to finish the entire project within the projected time line because I don’t want you or your business waiting around for a website. Your timely response is vital for us to stick to that timeline.
In my experience, it is very easy for clients to get caught up in other tasks and push the needs of the website to the back burner.
In order to keep that from happening for either of us, there will be a $200 charge added to any missed deadlines. This is not a punishment, but merely an incentive to continue moving the process forward.
The more time it takes for your website to launch, the less money you’re making. I want you to make money, don’t you?
Your website design project will be broken down into 4 parts:
This part of the process is all about information gathering.
You’ll take this time before the project start to put together all of your personal information I’ll need for the site.
While you’re doing that, I’ll be doing some market research.
I’ll start digging into your ideal client to find out more about what they’re looking for from you.
I’ll also look into your competitors to see what they’re doing so that we can make sure to do it better.
This is a very important part of the design process.
Now it’s time to get to work.
After we’ve gathered all of our research, I’ll go through and design out your homepage.
I don’t do Photoshop designs. You’ll be able to see the actual homepage right on your site (a temporary one that is).
We’ll go over each element of the design to make sure that it has the look and feel that you’re looking for.
Once you sign off on the design, I’ll be able to move forward with the rest of the site.
Now the fun begins!
At this point in the process, your site is well underway.
You’ve approved the design and now it’s time to put all of our research to work by building you a beautiful and fully functional website.
It’s time to pull out the bubbly because we’re almost ready to launch!
Since I don’t like to nit-pick about what counts as a revision, the final stage of the project is all about making sure that the website is absolutely perfect.
You’ll have plenty of time to go over each part of your website to make sure that you truly love it.
And once you give the go ahead, we’ll push your site live.
The full time frame for your project as well as important dates are located in your contract. Please let me know if you would like another copy of it.
The entire process is meant to be as easy as possible, but I’m only human. If at any point you are unhappy with me or my work, please let me know and we will discuss our options.
